Supported by its own organic garden, the cuisine of Masso is rustic in its simplicity, genuine and inspired by local products and produce harvested daily. Masso is the first concept in the Island to support a farm2table policy. Changing with the seasons, the menu reflects the respect for the guests and the land’s wellbeing. “The food is good because we care” is the Chef’s motto.
Masso is a labor of love, where passion and creativity meet to produce the wonderful food that is the pivotal point of the Restaurant. Passion and attention are visible in the great collection of wines that is present in the Restaurant wine list, the largest in the Island. Our wine list has won the prestigious Wine Spectator “Wine List Award of Excellence”, amongst others, from its first year of operations and every year since.
