Susy Massetti, Chef / Patron
Born in Milan, Italy, Susy learned the ropes in her family restaurant under the watchful eyes of her grandmother and mother, her most influential mentors. Their influence is reflected in Chef Susy’s refined, yet rustic and familiar cuisine, where the excellent ingredients are left to speak for themselves. Her work experience has taken her around Europe, the United States and lately in the Middle East, where she has finally realized her dream of an organic and sustainable kitchen. She attends personally to the planning and selection of crops of her organic garden, as well as the selection of the providers, both locally and abroad.
Adrian Bandyk, Chef De Cuisine
As the chef de cuisine, Adrian leads the day-to-day operations of Masso’s kitchen, bringing forward the commitment to excellence that have made the restaurant what it is today. Born in Poland, Adrian moved as a young chef to England, where he was exposed to the large range of eclectic cuisines in the kitchens of London. Adrian has devoted himself to share Chef Susy’s philosophy and towards executing her culinary vision.
Anna Hammar, Restaurant Manager
Born and raised in Sweden, Anna has travelled extensively and worked in Restaurants across the globe.
A genuine love of food and an appreciation for the communal pleasures of restaurant dining drew Anna to the industry. Her sincere passion for great service, love and knowledge of wines, makes her a pivotal presence in the dining room and depicts the essence of Chef Susy’s dining philosophy.
